MINIMUM LOCATION PERIOD
In periods A – B, the apartments are rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. In the other periods, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
PRICES INCLUDE
- consumption of light;
- gas;
- water;
- heating;
- final cleaning;
- change of sheets and towels weekly;
- free use of bicycles and canoes;
- and swimming pool (open from 01/05 to 30/09).
PAYMENT
50% of the sum due will be paid as a deposit at the time of booking on the company’s c / c (IBAN IT27Y0306902117100000018879, B.I.C. code BCITITMM), the remaining 50% will be paid on arrival.
The City of Eraclea provides for the payment of a Stay Tax for persons over 12 years of age between 15 May and 31 September.
DEPOSIT
The security deposit, in cash and in euros, will be paid upon arrival, at the time of the key being withdrawn. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, after deduction of any damage caused to the accommodation and additional costs not included in the rental price.
USE BICYCLES
The customer is liable for any damage caused to and with the means and is required to pay for repairs and any theft (Euro 90.00 per bicycle).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Arrival is scheduled between 16:00 and 18:00 on Saturday, please call in case of delays due to external forces, and departure by 9.30 am on Saturdays, after checking the apartment and counting extra charges. The client is required to leave the accommodation clean and in order. It will be his care to remove the garbage and clean the cooking hob.
ANIMALS
Pets are allowed.
NUMBER OF BEDS
There is no number of guests staying in the apartments above the beds.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the reservation the following quotes will be deducted: – 10% of the total, if the cancellation is given within 4 months (120 days) from the expected arrival; – 50% of the total, up to two months (60 days) before.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
All personal data of the guests will be treated only for purposes related to the business activity of the company.
